Devastator is an undead creature resulting from the unnatural transformation of an evil dragon. The mysterious Cult of the Dragon practices the powerful magic necessary for the creation of the dracolich, though other practitioners are also rumored to exist.

He is the oldest creature on Draco Myst, ruler of the Dragons, and constant pain in the side of the Katherine Starwind.  The legends say that Devastator's life force is directly linked to the Isle of Draco Myst, though how and why, no one knows for certain, save for Starwind.

The dracolich's  knowledge of legend and lore is extensive, as is his collection of treasure, but nothing he has comes without a price.  His cave, located on the highest peak in the Westward Mountains, is a veritable graveyard of other creatures.  Not many who go to visit the Dragon Lord return.  Be wary when dealing with the Lord of the Dragons, for he is treacherous and cannot be trusted.  The extent of his powers is not known, though one would be wise never to test Devastator.  

Magical Immunities:  Charm, sleep, enfeeblement, polymorph, cold (magical or natural), electricity, hold, insanity, and death spells or symbols. They cannot be poisoned, paralyzed, or turned by priests.
