On the southern most tip of Draco Myst rested the city of Ariella.  The curved bay fed into the sea that protected the rest of the Isle and also served as a hallmark from travelers arriving from the west.  The city served as the cultural center of the Isle, housing attractions such as the Hall of Magic and the Darkblade Museum.  In the southwest corner of the city, nestled against the shoreline, was the old and derelict Dark Dragon Casino, the old joint venture between the Darkstalkers and the Black Dragon's Honor.  It was one of the first, if not the very first, casinos to operate in the Rhy'Din general area.

The Ariella Jousting Arena, aptly named the Dragoneer, took much of the eastern side of the city.  The mayor's house was directly to the south and Madam Coran's Future Sight was to the north.  The rest of the town was comprised of homes and various smaller business such as the Dead Spirits Tavern and the sister stable to Darkstalker's Mystic.
